Job summary

The Periscope Group is seeking an Independent Consultant Occupational or Physical Therapist to conduct one-time, in-home medical necessity assessments for members in diverse settings.

You will perform home assessments, recommend equipment and services, and complete secure online documentation from any device. Set your own schedule and enjoy earnings per assessment, with travel to member homes.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as Physical or Occupational Therapist in good standing.
• Malpractice/liability insurance may be purchased at time of offer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs and varied home environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in a member's home.
• Provide expert recommendations for equipment, service, and care to maintain independence.
• Complete documentation through a secure, online portal accessible from any device.
