Job summary

The Periscope Group is seeking an Independent Consultant Therapist (OT or PT) to perform in-home medical necessity assessments nationwide. You will deliver expert equipment and care recommendations and complete secure online documentation from any device.

Set your own schedule as an independent contractor, with compensation per assessment and access to training and a mentoring program through our network.

Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure as Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/liability insurance preferred, may be purchased at time of offer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs/varied home environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time in-home medical necessity assessments.
• Provide expert recommendations for equipment, services, and care to maintain independence.
• Complete documentation through secure online portal from any device.
