Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance may be purchased at time of offer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs and varied home environments.
• Reliable transportation and travel to member homes.
• Proficient with technology and online portals; use devices for work tasks.
