Job summary

The Periscope Group is seeking Independent Contractors to perform one-time in-home medical necessity assessments by licensed Physical or Occupational Therapists. You will provide expert recommendations and complete secure online documentation.

You set your own schedule and travel to members’ homes across diverse environments. Compensation ranges from $135 to $200 per assessment, with rates varying by location and assessment type.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance may be required at time of offer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate varied home environments.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to member homes.
• Proficient with technology and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in a patient’s home.
• Provide expert recommendations for equipment, service, and care to empower independence.
• Complete documentation through a secure online portal accessible on any device.
