Job summary

American Associated Pharmacies is seeking a Pharmacy Business Advisor to grow and support independent pharmacies across a multi-state territory. This in-person role requires frequent visits to pharmacy owners and managers, delivering growth strategies and strong relationship management.

You will travel extensively—roughly 80% of the time with overnight stays—visiting pharmacies, prospecting opportunities, and reporting on territory performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful outside/field sales experience.
• Strong relationship and presentation skills.
• Analytical ability to build and present business cases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
• Must reside in or near Spokane or Seattle, Washington area.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout your territory (approx. 80% travel, 50% overnight).
• Visit independent pharmacies regularly to grow sales and engagement.
• Prospect for new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with pharmacy owners and staff.
• Deliver business reviews and growth strategies in person.
• Identify opportunities to increase participation and purchases.
• Manage your territory pipeline and report results.
