Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC's client, a leading manufacturer of commercial outdoor recreation products, seeks a Sales Leader to drive revenue through independent rep agencies across the United States. The role requires 50% travel and a strategic approach to channel development.

You will build plans with partners, train agencies, and manage performance. A Bachelor's degree and 5–10+ years of sales management in related industries are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10+ years of sales management experience in commercial construction, building products, architectural products, or a related industry.
• Experience targeting public sector, architects and related fields.
• Proven success managing and growing business through independent sales rep agencies.
• Strong understanding of RFP processes, contractors, developers, and architects.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through independent sales rep agencies.
• Develop sales plans, territory strategies, and revenue goals with channel partners.
• Build relationships with agency owners and sales teams and drive accountability.
• Identify new markets, customers, and commercial project opportunities.
• Train agencies with sales tools, marketing resources, product knowledge, and competitive intelligence.
• Travel nationwide to meet with reps, customers, architects, developers, and other partners.
