Job summary

Revelyst seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive Revelyst Adventure Brands within a defined territory, onboarding new retail partners and growing sales. You will manage merchandising, train account staff, and coordinate with store teams to optimize product representation.

The role reports to the Director of Field Sales, West and is based from your home office, with a focus on building profitable B2B relationships and expanding market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or closely related experience in sales with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with personal computers and technical applications.
• Developed knowledge of the powersports/outdoor industry.
• Experience with Lightspeed, Ascend and other retail POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Make personal sales calls at established accounts regularly.
• Maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly sales call and travel schedule.
• Manage Revelyst brands with store staff and merchandising.
• Create merchandising plans for existing and new accounts.
• Develop relationships to grow profitable sales.
• Report competitive conditions and customer feedback to management.
• Attend sales meetings and product trainings to expand product knowledge.
• Complete sales call sheets and expense reports timely.
