Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Sales Leader to manage and drive revenue through a network of independent rep agencies across the United States. The role requires 5–10+ years of sales management experience in commercial construction or related industries.

You will develop channel strategies, build agency partnerships, and drive performance while traveling to meet reps and key customers nationwide. Competitive compensation includes base salary plus bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10+ years of Sales management experience.
• Experience growing business through independent rep agencies.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through independent sales representative agencies.
• Develop sales plans, territory strategies, and revenue goals with channel partners.
• Build strong relationships with agency owners and sales teams and drive accountability.
• Identify new markets, customers, and commercial project opportunities.
• Work with reps to get products specified early in the architectural/design and RFP process.
• Train and equip agencies with sales tools, marketing resources, product knowledge, and competitive intelligence.
• Conduct regular business reviews and analyze pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance.
• Develop strategies to improve underperforming territories and increase market penetration.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop programs that generate new business.
• Travel throughout the U.S. to meet with rep agencies, customers, architects, developers, and other key partners.
