Walmart is inviting Independent Optometrists to launch eye and vision care services inside Sam's Club locations. You will lead patient care with autonomy in your practice and schedule, while benefiting from a trusted retail footprint.

As a lease holder you establish your days and hours, control your patient flow, set your fee schedule, and keep 100% of exam and professional fees. Optional upgrades and support are available where permitted by state law.

Qualifications

• OD from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Valid state ophthalmology license.
• General Liability Certificate/Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lease space inside Walmart stores and lead eye/vision care services.
• Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
• Control your patient schedule and set your fee schedule.
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
• Optional equipment or administrative support if state allows.

Education

OD from an accredited optometry school

Valid state optometry license

Ophthalmologist MD/DO from an accredited school
