Walmart’s Sam's Club in Plano, TX invites an Independent Optometrist to lease space and deliver eye and vision care. You’ll establish your own days, hours, and patient schedule, set your fee schedule, and retain 100% of exam/professional fees.

As a lease partner, you may opt into equipment/instrumentation and administrative/Opt-Tech support where state law allows, maintaining autonomy while contributing to member health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist (MD/DO) from an accredited school; valid state ophthalmology license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
• W-9

Responsibilities

• Provide eye and vision care as an independent lease holder.
• Establish your days of practice and hours of operation; control your patient schedule.
• Set your fee schedule and keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
• Coordinate with state-allowed support services and equipment as needed.
• Maintain professional standards and patient safety in all care activities.
