Job summary

Connie Health is hiring independent agents to sell Medicare and Life policies using Connie-provided leads. You’ll receive onboarding training through Connie Academy and ongoing coaching, with support from an experienced team.

This role offers uncapped commissions and a stipend during onboarding to help you establish your book of business. New to Medicare is welcome, with AHIP certification possible after starting.

Qualifications

• Licensed health professional required; active license must be maintained.
• Prior Medicare sales experience not required; new-to-Medicare welcome.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with business-building interest.
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Sell Medicare and Life using Connie-provided leads.
• Engage in onboarding and training through Connie Academy.
• Leverage coaching and support from internal teams to close deals.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare guidelines and selling standards.
