Job summary

Connie Health is seeking licensed health agents to join as independent contractors. You’ll build your own Medicare book with full support from our team, using Connie’s leads, pre-scheduled appointments, and robust technology.

No Medicare sales experience is required, and AHIP can be completed after you start. This commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential, onboarding stipends, and performance bonuses as you grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• Licensed: an active health license is required (life-only or P&C-only licenses don't qualify). AHIP certification can be completed after you start; we'll guide you through it.
• Sales experience: a proven track record in sales is required, for example in retail, auto, wireless, mortgage, insurance or inside sales. Customer service or healthcare experience alone doesn't qualify.
• New to Medicare: welcome! No prior Medicare sales experience required. If you've sold Medicare, it's been for less than a year.
• Entrepreneurial: a self-starter with a go-getter mindset who wants to build their own business.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable on the phone and using sales platforms and digital tools.
• Ready for AEP: eager to make the most of the Annual Enrollment Period, the busiest time of year for Medicare sales.
• Compliance-minded: committed to following Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines (MCMG). We'll train you on them.
• Comfortable with commission-based pay: there's no hourly pay or base salary, so be prepared for income that’s based entirely on commissions and bonuses.
