MRC Industries, Inc. is seeking a Youth and Adult Independent Living Supports Coach to provide community living supports to youths (5-18) and adults. The role includes instruction in daily living skills, meal prep, safety, and community engagement, with documentation and collaboration in service planning.

Shifts include nights through 8pm, weekends, and days based on availability. Training, supervision, and a commitment to dignity and person-centered goals are emphasized, with a $500 sign-on

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Behavioral health experience desired.

Aufgaben

• Instruct and assist with client service plan goals and programs.
• Attend staff and service team meetings to evaluate goals.
• Provide training in independent living skills.
• Document daily activities and complete required notes.
• Supervise medication administration and health monitoring.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Ensure safety, dignity, and client rights.
