Job summary

People Incorporated Mental Health Services in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an entry-level Independent Living Skills Coach to provide person-centered engagement, support, and safety within our program.

You will document client interactions in the EHR, assist with meals, administer medications, and maintain a clean, safe environment while supporting clients in coping skills and independence. Morning shifts Mon-Wed and some weekends on a schedule, with pay between $22 and $23.76 per hour.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma or equivalent; OR Associate of Arts in behavioral science or related field; OR enrolled in graduate-level behavioral sciences program.
• Experience or coursework in delivering health and human services is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Document interactions with clients in the EHR and program systems.
• Prepare, service, and clear client meals per schedule and safety standards.
• Administer medications per policies and procedures.
• Perform daily housekeeping and ensure program and client home cleanliness.
• Conduct rounds and support mental health management by coaching coping skills.
