Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or mental illness preferred.
• Experience with behavioral health is desired.

Aufgaben

• Instruct and assist with client service plan goals and programs as defined by written plans and procedures.
• Attend staff and service team meetings to evaluate and develop client goals and activities.
• Provide training in independent living skills.
• Document daily activities and complete required paperwork within timeframes.
• Supervise medication administration and health-related monitoring.
