Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks licensed or license-eligible therapists to deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults in Arizona. The role emphasizes comprehensive behavioral health services within a supportive team, with regular progress notes, crisis intervention, and collaboration with multiple care providers.

Applicants should have a Master’s in a behavioral health field and licensure eligibility; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field with licensure eligibility by AZ Board.
• Two years related experience or equivalent licensure pathway noted by AZBBHE.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred for patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavioral health needs and set treatment goals at 180 days minimum.
• Schedule therapy sessions and obtain required treatment consents.
• Maintain clinical records and write progress notes and reports.
• Provide crisis assessment/intervention and referrals as needed.
• Mentor/shadow newer therapists and participate in ongoing professional development.
