Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a licensed or licensure-eligible behavioral health professional to conduct therapy with children and adults. The role requires developing treatment goals, completing assessments, and maintaining clinical records in a compliant healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field eligible for AZ licensure.
• Two years related experience required or equivalent licensure path (BHT/Associate/independent).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with children and adults using evidence-based approaches.
• Assess needs and develop treatment goals at intervals of 180 days or more.
• Administer screeners and standardized tests as clinically indicated.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records and progress notes.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention when needed.
• Mentor or supervise newer therapists and participate in trainings.
