Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks licensed or eligible clinicians to provide evidence-based therapy for children and adults. The role emphasizes assessing behavioral health needs, conducting screenings, and delivering treatment with a strong focus on trauma-informed care.

Clinicians will document progress and collaborate with care teams across Arizona. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and be eligible for AZ licensure; bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure by AZ Board of Behavioral Health.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavioral health needs to develop therapy goals at least every 180 days.
• Administer screeners and standardized testing as clinically indicated.
• Schedule therapy sessions and obtain required consents for treatment.
• Maintain clinical records timely and accurately.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention as needed.
• Develop treatment recommendations and write progress notes and reports.
