Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field eligible for licensure by AZ Board with two years related experience.
• Therapists must meet licensing requirements (BHT/AZBBHE) as described.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavioral health needs and set therapy goals at least every 180 days.
• Administer screener and standardized testing as clinically indicated.
• Schedule therapy sessions and obtain required consents for treatment/licensure.
• Maintain clinical records and complete progress notes with appropriate billing codes.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention including emergency planning as indicated.
