Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks licensed and associate therapists to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services for children and adults across Arizona. The role involves assessments, therapy planning, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and AZBBHE licensure eligibility, with bilingual candidates preferred. Travel to multiple sites may be required; full-time employment with inclusive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; licensure eligibility with AZ Board of Behavioral Health.
• Licensed professionals preferred (BHT/Associate/Independent) per AZBBHE.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses members' behavioral health needs to set therapy goals at least every 180 days.
• Administers screener and standardized testing as clinically needed.
• Schedules therapy sessions and obtains required consents.
• Performs chart reviews to ensure current assessments and treatment plans.
• Develops treatment team recommendations for follow-up support.
• Provide assessment and therapy related to substance use treatment where applicable.
• Maintains clinical records and writes reports for funding sources.
• Provides crisis assessment and intervention including emergency disposition as indicated.
• Performs diagnoses using ICD-10; uses DSM-5-TR for adults and children.
