Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a licensed or license-eligible behavioral health professional to conduct therapeutic sessions for children and adults. The role involves assessment, planning, documentation, and crisis intervention within a comprehensive care setting.

Minimum requirements include a Master's in a related field and AZ licensure eligibility, with two years of relevant experience. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, with a full-time on-site schedule in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field and AZ licensure eligibility.
• Two years of related experience in behavioral health settings.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with children and adults.
• Administer screeners and standardized tests as needed.
• Schedule therapy sessions and obtain required consents.
• Maintain clinical records in a timely, compliant manner.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention when needed.
• Diagnose using ICD-10 criteria and DSM-5-TR as appropriate.
