Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks licensed or licensed-eligible therapists to conduct evidence-based therapy with children and adults. The role emphasizes thorough assessment, standardized testing, and treatment planning.

Position includes crisis intervention, detailed documentation, and collaboration with care teams. Requires Master’s degree and AZ licensure eligibility; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field eligible for AZ licensure.
• Two years related experience (BHT) or Associate license in social work, counseling, or marriage and family.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess member behavioral health needs to develop therapy goals at least every 180 days.
• Administer screener and standardized testing as needed.
• Schedule therapy sessions with required consents.
• Maintain clinical records per standards.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention and arrange for psychiatric evaluation when needed.
• Complete progress notes using billing codes and generate reports.
