Job summary

FlexUp seeks an experienced independent contractor to lead high-ticket leadership development engagements. You will own client acquisition, discovery, and onboarding, using automated systems and proven funnels to scale engagements globally.

You bring 8+ years in business development, executive coaching, or corporate leadership, with strong communication across Zoom and written channels. This role offers full schedule sovereignty and uncapped upside.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, corporate management, or executive coaching.
• Experience with consultative sales and client advisory.
• Familiarity with digital marketing funnels and lead-generation workflows.
• Ability to work independently with strong time-management.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Consultative Discovery: Engage with prospective professionals and executives regarding leadership programs.
• Strategic Screening: Conduct discovery and qualification sessions via phone and Zoom to assess fit.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Onboard, follow up, and manage evaluation workflows for prospects.
• Digital Market Outreach: Apply marketing frameworks and lead-generation systems to expand presence.
• Masterminds & Continuous Development: Participate in global leadership trainings and strategy sessions.
