You will apply communication, leadership, relationship-building, strategic thinking, marketing, and business development skills to connect with professionals and guide them into leadership and personal development programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in leadership, management, marketing, communications, business development, client success, consulting, human resources, learning and development, or another relationship-driven field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Motivated by measurable goals and taking ownership of results.
• Genuine interest in leadership, personal development, and continued professional growth.
• Open to an independent, performance-based income structure.
• Prior personal development industry experience is not required. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with professionals who have expressed interest in exploring new possibilities
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals, priorities, and alignment
• Identify and qualify prospective clients and introduce qualified individuals to established leadership and personal development programs
• Build and nurture professional relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up
