LiveHappy Initiative is seeking a Professional Development Consultant for a 100% remote, flexible, independent role that blends leadership development, digital marketing, and coaching conversations with individuals exploring our programs.

You’ll connect with people using established systems, conduct structured introductory conversations, and guide decisions while managing your own schedule and income tied to performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, learning & development, HR, consulting, marketing, communications, business development, client relationships, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead thoughtful one-to-one conversations.
• Self-directed and proactive, with the organization and follow-through to manage responsibilities independently.
• Sound professional judgment and the ability to work within established systems and processes.
• A genuine interest in continued personal and professional development.
• Comfortable with an independent, performance-based income structure rather than a traditional fixed salary.
• U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States.
• This role is intended for experienced professionals and is not suitable for students or recent graduates.
