Job summary

ICF is looking for experienced Title IV-E Peer Reviewers to support the Children’s Bureau with onsite reviews in Virginia. This independent consultant position entails applying the Title IV-E Foster Care Eligibility Review Instrument and conducting detailed evaluations of child welfare compliance.

Qualified candidates will have at least a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IV-E programs. Strong assessment skills and knowledge of eligibility criteria are essential. The role requires travel for week-long reviews, from Sunday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IV-E program or Title IV-E reviews.
• Extensive knowledge of IV-E eligibility criteria.
• Strong ability to make professional judgments based on gathered information.
