Qualifikationen

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/liability insurance (may be purchased).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate varied home environments.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to member homes.
• Proficient with technology: online portals, document uploads, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Perform one-time in-home assessments and document findings online.
• Provide equipment, service, and care recommendations to promote independence.
