Job summary

The Periscope Group is seeking a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist to join its nationwide network as a consultant conducting one-time in-home assessments.

As an Independent Consultant, you will perform home visits, provide equipment and care recommendations, complete documentation, and help maintain member independence with flexible scheduling. Travel to member homes is required, and malpractice liability insurance is recommended.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/liability insurance recommended (may be purchased with offer).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs, and perform home assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in a client’s home.
• Provide equipment, service, and care recommendations to empower independence.
