You will provide expert recommendations to empower members to maintain independence, and complete straightforward documentation through our secure online portal. This opportunity requires licensure, ability to travel to member homes, and reliable transportation.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (may be purchased at the time of job offer).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs and varied home environments, and perform physical assessments as needed.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to and from member homes.
• Proficient with technology: navigate online portals, upload documents, and use devices for work tasks.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
