FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver premier care in the Fremont area as an Independent Contractor. The PTA will assess and evaluate patient needs to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability in home health settings.

The role requires PT license and state registration, with the ability to work with adults of all ages and maintain accurate records.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and rehab methods.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to assess patient age, needs and environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability.
• Develop and execute a treatment plan to improve patient well-being.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Coordinate with supervising therapist and care team.
