Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Physical Therapist license and registration by the state.
• Curriculum approved by APTA or AMA bodies.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability.
• Determine a treatment plan based on assessment and evaluation.
• Execute interventions to improve and enhance patient well-being.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
