FeldCare Connects in Castro Valley is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver home health care for adults of all ages. You will follow the plan of care, implement therapy interventions, and assess progress in a home health setting.

The role emphasizes flexibility, independence, and collaboration with partner agencies. Bilingual skills are a plus, and clinicians can write off expenses while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and registered as a PTA in the state.
• Completion of PTA curriculum approved by recognized authorities.
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to move, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability.
• Follow the treatment plan and perform interventions to improve wellbeing.
• Evaluate patient progress and communicate with the care team.
