Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and updates treatment plans.
• Plans and administers physician-ordered physical therapy programs.
• Records and evaluates assessment findings and progress notes.
• Administers therapeutic exercises and use of equipment.
• Provides treatments involving physical agents as prescribed.
• Instructs patients and families for home exercise programs.
• Collaborates with physicians and MDT to coordinate care.
• Identifies need for referrals and coordinates services.
• Supervises licensed PTAs and aides.
