Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver premier care in the Arleta area for adults of all ages on an independent contractor basis. You will assess daily living activities, plan interventions, and coordinate with the health care team to support patient wellbeing in home settings.

The role offers flexible scheduling, independence as your own boss, and administrative support to help you balance patient care with business needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the state with active registration.
• Completion of an accredited OT program.
• Ability to work with adults of all ages.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs related to functionality and activities of daily living.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment.
• Perform interventions to improve and enhance patient wellbeing and function.
• Evaluate progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and health care team members.
