FeldCare Connects seeks a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver premier home health services in the Los Angeles area as an Independent Contractor. You will assess patients, determine plans, and support adults of all ages to improve daily functioning and quality of life.

You will lead therapy activities, coordinate with care teams, and educate patients, families, and caregivers. An OT license and state registration are required; bilingual ability is a plus.

Formación

• Active Occupational Therapist license and registration with the state.
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program is required.
• Bilingual is a plus for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assessments and evaluate patient care needs related to function and activities of daily living.
• Develop treatment plans based on assessment results and implement interventions to improve patient wellbeing.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed in collaboration with the health care team.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy activities and home programs.
