Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality home health services to adults in the Agoura Hills area. Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a California OT license and registration.
• Completion of an accredited OT program is required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs related to functionality, daily living activities, and home safety; develop treatment plans; implement interventions to improve wellbeing and progress progress.
• Lead patients in therapy activities to improve functioning and safety in the home.
