Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in real-life home and community settings.

You’ll treat clients in their kitchens, grocery stores, restaurants, and workplaces, with autonomy within a collaborative therapist team and a flexible schedule. Travel is expected, with mileage reimbursement and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist by the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification per state regulations.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staff meetings.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
