BrightSpring Health Services is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our home and community program. This role emphasizes providing functional rehabilitation in real-life settings, allowing you to treat clients at home, work, or other community locations.

You will perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and ensure effective communication with the treatment team. Offering a flexible schedule and reimbursement for travel, this position is ideal for someone committed to making an impact in patient care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification required.
• Minimum one year’s work experience as a physical therapist preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team.
