Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) in Covington, LA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients to regain independence and improve mobility and safety through compassionate, patient-centered therapy.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams, develop personalized care plans, document progress, and deliver high-quality care in a supportive, clinician-led environment that values autonomy and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in state of practice.
• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation and skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized plans focused on functional independence and safety.
• Deliver care through ADL training, therapeutic activities, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Track progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adjust plans as needed.
