Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered care. You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve independence and safety in daily activities.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, ongoing professional development, and quality of life for older adults within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve daily task performance such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs.
