Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will evaluate, plan and deliver personalized OT services focused on improving independence, mobility and quality of life, with opportunities for growth, mentorship and clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or license-eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
