Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to empower adults and seniors through patient-centered therapy. The OT will assess and treat in geriatric settings, focusing on independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life.

In a collaborative clinical environment, you will develop personalized care plans, document progress, and work with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through ADL training and therapeutic activities.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Track patient progress and document clinical data.
