Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will assess, plan, and deliver OT services to improve independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document progress, and adapt plans to patient needs, maintaining a high standard of clinical autonomy and care quality.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or license eligible in the state of practice (Missouri).
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Assist patients with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Track progress, document clinically, and adapt treatment plans to patient needs.
