Job summary

MedScope is hiring a Field Technician/Installer to perform installation, setup, testing, and education of personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently across their service area.

You'll coordinate with members and caregivers, document work in the company system, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Willing to complete background checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling with clients and caregivers.
• Deliver, install and test personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes.
• Educate clients and caregivers on device usage and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Maintain records of installations and service calls in company software.
• Obtain signatures via Docusign during installation appointments.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
