Job summary

Axiom Technologies in Dublin, OH, seeks experienced AV Support Engineers – L2 Field Support for onsite client meeting room environments. This on-demand, independent contractor role focuses on hands-on AV troubleshooting, installation, and coordination with remote teams.

Responsibilities

Advanced Onsite Troubleshooting: diagnose complex AV issues and collect logs.
New Meeting Room Setup & Build: install rooms with MTR, cameras, displays, and peripherals.
IMACD Activities – Install, Move, Add, Change & Decommission: relocate and update equipment.
Advanced Configuration Support: assist with Teams Admin Center configurations.
Network & AV Issue Isolation: run port/VLAN checks and coordinate with network teams.
UAT & Meeting Room Certification: validate audio/video quality and join scenarios.
Documentation & Reporting: keep detailed tickets and as-built docs.
