Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our growing team as Property Data Collectors. Use our cutting-edge equipment and mobile apps to capture essential data and create immersive 360° property tours, blending home inspection expertise with a tech-forward approach.

Qualifications

• Licensed Home Inspectors strongly preferred
• 6+ months of related experience in real estate, data collection, or photography or 12+ months of exceptional customer service
• Willingness to perform work as an Independent Contractor
• Ability to travel and work in client homes with compensation
• Solid understanding of property data collection, virtual tours, and relevant industry knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Capture critical property data and create immersive 360° property tours using Asteroom's equipment and mobile apps
• Leverage home inspection expertise to deliver high-quality results for clients
• Manage multiple tasks with strong organization and problem-solving skills while on site
