Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking an Independent BCBA contractor in South Carolina to lead clinical care with autonomy and strong administrative backing.

You will set your schedule, determine in-person vs telehealth for cases, and manage a flexible caseload while receiving backend support for credentialing, billing, and referrals. Earn up to $125K+ annually as a 1099 contractor with the freedom to focus on clinical care while Tellos handles admin tasks and payroll.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Residence in South Carolina required.
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically: conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments to design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and maintain high fidelity to protocols.
• Use data to monitor progress and modify BIPs in real time.
• Collaborate with Tellos admin to ensure medical necessity in documentation.
• Partner with families for caregiver coaching and generalization of skills.
