Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and 2+ years in a regulated laboratory.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to manage time and priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for infant formula and nutritionals.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming materials testing and sampling for production.
• Supervise 3–5 technicians and ensure timely testing.
• Coordinate training, QA audits, and supplier communications.
• Manage material holds, vendor interactions, and CAPA actions.
• Support budgeting and long-range planning for the department.
