Torrid in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dedicated team and drive exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales and profit goals. You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, ensure merchandising standards, and maintain a welcoming store environment that reflects Torrid’s brand.

You’ll manage scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention, while collaborating with District Manager and HQ partners to optimize performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven ability to lead teams to success.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience; college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store objectives and KPI goals.
• Lead operations: policies, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
