Job summary

The Torrid Connection stores are seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive sales and profit goals in a fast-paced fashion environment. You will recruit, develop and train top talent while ensuring a memorable shopping experience for customers throughout the day.

As a Store Manager, you’ll balance store operations, policies, and scheduling to optimize performance and foster positive connections with customers and the community.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in specialty/apparel retail is required.
Ability to recruit, train and develop staff to meet store goals.
Commitment to delivering an amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities

Achieve store objectives and KPI goals.
Lead operations including policies, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting and scheduling.
Recruit, develop and train top talent focused on sales, customers and fashion.
Set and exemplify brand standards to create a positive customer experience.
Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
Maintain communication with District Manager and HQ partners.
